Batman's new 'brighter' suit for the Justice League revealed
In preparation for the ‘Justice League’ trailer, a new snap of Ben Affleck’s Batsuit for the DC superhero bonanza has been revealed.
And it all looks a bit less brooding, and a bit more chirpy than the hulking outfit he was given for ‘Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice’.
Here it is in its full glory…
And compare it to the rather more sober garms he wore in BvS…
This ‘tactical batsuit’, as it’s being dubbed, is more trim, his bat ears look a bit smaller, and with its grey bat logo, generally feels a little brighter than past iterations.
Could it be a signifier of a shift in tone for the new DC movie, following criticisms that Zack Snyder’s ‘BvS’ was all just a bit too dour and humourless?
Or is it just a reflective patch… y’know, for road safety.

Whatever, the marketing appears to be ramping up pretty significantly ahead of the trailer release this weekend, with a new teaser featuring Batman unveiled last night (check it above).
And there’s a new poster for Ezra Miller’s The Flash too…
It’ll be the first time we will see Affleck’s Batman, Henry Cavill’s Superman, Gal Gadot’s Wonder Woman, Jason Momoa’s Aquaman, Ezra Miller’s The Flash, and Ray Fisher’s Cyborg all in one place.
They’ll be battling Ciarán Hinds’ supervillain Steppenwolf and his team of ‘parademons’, both originally created by DC legend Jack Kirby.
With support from Willem Defoe, Jesse Eisenberg, Jeremy Irons, Connie Nielsen and J.K. Simmons, it’s due out on November 17.
