The Bafta Film Awards 2021 are taking place this weekend with one of its most diverse set of nominees ever.
However, it's also been a challenging year for the industry due to the coronavirus - and there's been a shake-up with the ceremony as it's set to take place across two events as opposed to the usual one.
Both shows will be broadcast live on the BBC on Saturday 10 April and Sunday 11 April as the winners of the coveted gongs are unveiled, as nominees join in virtually alongside an at-home audience.
With the first ceremony taking Bafta ceremony taking place in 1949, it's certainly event with a lot of history and a plethora of winners.
Categories have been introduced and retired over the years while certain actors have dominated the nominations for decades.
