Anthony Mackie says the public don’t know who Captain America is in 'Falcon And The Winter Soldier'
Anthony Mackie has provided a tantalizing update on the upcoming Disney+ TV series Falcon And The Winter Soldier, suggesting that most Marvel fans might be in for a surprise when it is finally released.
Mackie will reprise his role as Sam Wilson/Falcon opposite Sebastian Stan’s Bucky Barnes/Winter Soldier in the huge anticipated show, which is set to pick up after the events of Avengers: Endgame.

After being asked about the upcoming series by Barstool Sports’ Lights, Camera, Barstool podcast, Mackie teased, "It's interesting knowing what happens in the show because a lot of people are like, 'Oh, you're Captain America.' I'm like, 'That's not true.’”
“If you look at the end of Endgame, Sam never accepts the shield. There's no… out of all the Marvel movies that have been made, there's always been a photograph of something leaked of the costume, where it's like, 'Here's what he's gonna look like!' You didn't see anything leaked about me."

We’ll finally find out who Captain America is when Falcon And The Winter Soldier is released onto Disney+ on March 19.
