For the first time in six weeks, the Crew will take the field at Lower.com Field when Columbus takes on Sporting Kansas City on Saturday.

The Crew concluded their six-game road stretch on Wednesday with a 2-1 loss to Inter Miami, putting their MLS record since May 15 at 4-1 and their overall record during the stretch at 4-2, with Columbus' other loss coming in the CONCACAF Champions Cup final against CF Pachuca.

In Columbus' last match at Lower.com Field on May 11, the Crew picked up their first home loss since April 2023 when they fell to FC Cincinnati, which is in second in the Eastern Conference. Kansas City is second to last in the Western conference standings with three wins.

Following the match, the Crew are expected to hold a ceremony honoring midfielder Aidan Morris before he officially signs with England's second-tier EFL Championship club Middlesbrough FC.
