Watch Colts quarterback Anthony Richardson throw as he recovers from shoulder injury

Anthony Richardson has some zip on his passes.

The Indianapolis Colts quarterback displayed progress in his recovery from shoulder surgery while throwing to Jalen Kelsey, a former Campbell University receiver.

Richardson has been more than eager to get back on the field after his rookie season was cut short in Week 5. The Colts are excited by the possibility of Richardson, Johnathan Taylor and Michael Pittman Jr. working together in the fall.

Coach Shane Steichen said recently that he expects Richardson to be ready to go when the Colts' spring workouts begin. The Colts will begin with voluntary strength and conditioning the week of April 15, have individual on-field workouts and then 7-on-7 and 11-on-11 work without contact.
