Of course Indiana Fever No. 1 overall draft pick Caitlin Clark set a WNBA record Wednesday night.
Her first 3-pointer against the Connecticut Sun in the first quarter gave her 86 for the season. That snaps the tie she held with Atlanta's Rhyne Howard, who made 85 in 2022.
Clark, the most recent Eastern Conference Player of the Week, already holds the rookie season record for assists.
