Trent Brown, Bengals offensive tackle, injures knee vs Commanders on Monday Night Football

Cincinnati Bengals offensive tackle Trent Brown suffered a right knee injury during the second quarter of the NFL Week 3 game against the Washington Commanders on Monday Night Football at Paycor Stadium.

The Bengals announced moments later that Brown would not return.

"It doesn't look good," Bengals head coach Zac Taylor said after the game.

Brown was carted off the field after the injury. Rookie Amarius Mims, who got his first snaps of the season, rushed over to help Brown onto the cart, before replacing Brown at right tackle.

Brown is playing his 10th NFL season, first with the Bengals. He started Cincinnati's first two games of the season.
