Offensive coordinator Nick Holz
Holz and Brian Callahan have a long history together, dating to their years as high school classmates at De La Salle in California. He spent most of his coaching career with the Oakland/Las Vegas Raiders, holding various offensive staff positions from 2012 to 2021. He went back to college in 2022 as the offensive coordinator at UNLV but returned to the pros in 2023 as the Jacksonville Jaguars' passing game coordinator.
Defensive coordinator Dennard Wilson
Wilson has refined his defensive knowledge under some of the top defensive minds of the past two decades. Some of his first coaching jobs included time with the St. Louis Rams and New York Jets learning under coordinators and head coaches like Gregg Williams and Todd Bowles. After that he rose to prominence as a defensive backs coach with the Philadelphia Eagles (2021-22) and Baltimore Ravens (2023), where he had led the NFL's No. 1 pass defense in back-to-back seasons.
