Tennessee Titans coaching staff 2024: Coordinators, assistants in Brian Callahan's 1st season
The Tennessee Titans' 2024 coaching staff is taking shape early in the offseason.
Tennessee hired Brian Callahan as the team's new head coach on Jan. 24, a first-year coach with experience guiding quality quarterbacks.
So far, Callahan's staff includes a veteran assistant on the offensive side of the ball and a rising star among defensive assistants in the league who got his start with Jeff Fisher.

2024 Titans coaching staff
Head coach — Brian Callahan
Callahan, 39, comes to Tennessee after five seasons as the Cincinnati Bengals offensive coordinator. He has more than a decade of experience coaching in the NFL, mostly centered around quarterbacks. Before Cincinnati, he was the quarterbacks coach with the Lions and Raiders, working with Matthew Stafford and Derek Carr. Callahan began his NFL coaching career as a quality control coach and offensive assistant with Denver, working with Peyton Manning for four seasons including the Super Bowl-winning season in 2015.
Defensive coordinator — Dennard Wilson

Wilson will be the Titans defensive coordinator, according to multiple reports, after more than a decade as a defensive backs coach in the NFL. Wilson was the Ravens defensive backs coach in 2023, coaching Baltimore's top-ranked pass defense. Before that stop, Wilson coached two seasons in Philadelphia. The Eagles had the top-ranked pass defense in 2022 en route to a Super Bowl appearance. Wilson also was the defensive backs coach with the Jets and Rams. Wilson's NFL coaching career began on Jeff Fisher's staff with the Rams, first as a defensive quality control coach for three season before spending two seasons as the team's DB coach.
Wide receivers coach — Tyke Tolbert

Tolbert, 56, is a longtime receivers coach in the NFL who comes to Nashville after two seasons as the Bears receivers coach and passing game coordinator. He has 21 seasons of coaching experience across six teams as a receivers coach, including Chicago, the New York Giants, Denver, Carolina. Buffalo and Arizona. He coached alongside Callahan in Denver for five seasons, including the Super Bowl 50 winning season in 2015.
Offensive line coach — Bill Callahan

Bill Callahan, the father of Brian Callahan, is one of the most heralded position coaches in the NFL and a needed voice for a position group that played poorly last season. Bill Callahan is a former Raiders and Nebraska head coach who has spent the last 15 seasons as an offensive line coach with the Jets, Cowboys, Commanders and Browns. He spent the last four seasons in Cleveland, coaching one of the top lines in the league.
