Steelers make 4 roster moves ahead of Week 11 Ravens game
The Pittsburgh Steelers made four roster moves today ahead of their critical AFC North showdown with the Baltimore Ravens.
Wide receiver Jamal Agnew and running back Jonathan Ward were added to the practice squad. Ward was released last week, cleared waivers and picked back up. Ward spent time on the active roster this season and has five carries for 22 yards in four games.
Agnew, a fifth-round selection by the Detroit Lions in the 2017 NFL draft, has appeared in 82 games (5 starts). He started as a defensive back, switching to wide receiver in 2020. Agnew signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2021, where he spent three seasons.
For his career, Agnew has 730 receiving yards on 84 receptions and five touchdowns.
Offensive tackle John Leglue and wide receiver Lance McCutcheon were released in corresponding moves.
