Stay dangerous, Rams: Robert Woods scores, gives big high-five to rapper YG
The Rams might end up taking Los Angeles by storm after all. They have some celebrity fans, anyway.
When Robert Woods scored in the third quarter (it’s fine if you got the Rams’ touchdowns mixed up, there were so many of them), he ran out of the back of the end zone and gave a huge high-five to a fan in a bright yellow jacket standing up on the advertising board.
Yep, that was rap star YG. The Rams unquestionably have some swag.
YG gives the Rams some cred
YG is one of the latest Southern California-based rappers to hit it big. He had a few hits off his “Still Brazy” album (there’s a song about the current president that you’ll have to look up yourself). His latest album, “Stay Dangerous,” was a huge hit with his fans.
Apparently Woods is a fan. He found YG right away — let’s be honest, it wasn’t hard to find him, with that jacket on — and gave him a lot of love. Then Woods went back and gave him the ball.
YG had already been giving love to the Rams. He was slated to perform at Thursday night’s game.

The Rams came to Los Angeles looking for a foothold in a market it left more than two decades before. That happens in a couple of ways in L.A. First is to win. Second is with star power, on the field and in the stands.
It seems like the Rams are checking all those boxes.
