Week 10 is upon us, and the New Orleans Saints have a high-profile rivalry game lined up with the Atlanta Falcons. Sure, the stakes aren't exactly high after the week (and preceding months) the Saints have been through -- but pride is on the line whenever the Falcons come to town.

Our staff writers made their picks for Week 10's final score, with bold predictions in Sunday's Saints-Falcons game. Here's how we see this one playing out:

The Saints get the interim head coach boost against the Falcons. Darren Rizzi taking over for Dennis Allen feels like a shot in the arm, so after a seven game losing skid the Saints beat the top team in the NFC South. That alone is a bold prediction. Saints 17, Falcons 13. -- Darrion Gray

Bold prediction: The Saints tie their third longest losing streak in franchise history at 8 games. Interim head coach Darren Rizzi could not have been promoted at a better time, as the Saints are in the midst of a failure of epic proportions on the field and needed something to change. While I do predict a Saints loss, I do think it will be more entertaining than under Dennis Allen. Unfortunately the Saints are taking on a pretty solid Atlanta Falcons squad that has already handed them a loss this year. Falcons 24, Saints 14. -- Jeremy Trottier

Bold prediction: Alvin Kamara goes over 100 yards rushing in back to back weeks for the first time in his career. We’ve already seen the changes that have been made and how the team has responded to them, the moment Darren Rizzi was appointed as head coach. I believe going forward, we will see a much different Saints team in terms of the energy they play with and the attention to detail that they display. I can see this translating into wins in the second half of the season. I’ll take the Saints to upset Atlanta, as they enter into this state of revival. Saints 20, Atlanta 17. -- Luke Loffredo

Bold prediction: The New Orleans Saints get blown out by their rival, the Atlanta Falcons. The Saints were once one of the most feared teams in the NFC. However after the departure of Drew Brees and terrible front office decisions the Saints are a bottom five team in the NFL. After firing Dennis Allen and promoting Darren Rizzi to interim head coach many fans are optimistic. I hate to be the bearer of bad news but I think this will end poorly. This roster is depleted and filled with aging veterans. Falcons 38, Saints 10. -- Jonny Camer

Bold prediction: This will not be a close one. The Saints started off the season on a hot note and looked to have a much better offense than last year. That didn’t hold, though. The Falcons are experiencing a new level of success we have not seen in a long time and are on a hot streak. This was a close game before but will not be again. Falcons 41, Saints 7. -- Crissy Froyd

My bold prediction? The Saints win this one. Everyone is counting them out after firing Dennis Allen, trading Marshon Lattimore, losing Chris Olave to another concussion, and taking seven losses in a row (including a defeat to this same Falcons team), but I like Darren Rizzi's team in a rock fight. He's enlivened the program enough to where they should at least be competitive, and I'm still not buying the hype Atlanta is selling. Saints 17, Falcons 15. -- John Sigler
