Coach of the Year

Nehemie Sincoul, Lake Worth

Lake Worth never had a season quite like the one that 2024 offered. Sincoul coached her younger brothers, Alendy and Olivier, to a stunning 16-1 regular-season record this spring, which included the program's first defeat of Jupiter in 20 years. That lone loss came against a feisty first-year squad at Dr. Joaquin Garcia, who also came in to clinch an upset of the top-seeded Trojans in the two teams' inaugural district championship appearances. Being district runner-up was enough to see LW qualify for state playoffs, where they'd fall in a first-round matchup against a Seminole Ridge squad that went on to upset King's Academy for the region title.
