Sebastian Joseph-Day, former Rams and Chargers DT, agrees to terms with Tennessee Titans | Source
The Tennessee Titans are adding some heft to their defensive line in the form of defensive tackle Sebastian Joseph-Day.
Joseph-Day, a former Los Angeles Rams, Los Angeles Chargers and San Francisco 49ers lineman who turns 29 this week, has agreed to terms with the Titans, a source confirmed to The Tennessean. NFL Network analyst and former Titans cornerback Jason McCourty first reported the news.
The Rutgers product has played in the NFL since 2019, spending most of his career with the Rams playing alongside star defensive tackle Aaron Donald. Joseph-Day set career-highs in sacks (three) and quarterback hits (11) last year while playing with the Chargers and 49ers, and set his career-high nine tackles for loss with the Chargers in 2022. That said, Joseph-Day's best-graded seasons came at the beginning of his career with the Rams.

GRADES: Here are grades for Tennessee Titans free agent signings from Calvin Ridley to Tony Pollard
Joseph-Day joins a Titans defensive line that needs a little bit of rebuilding after the unit was a strength for many years. Beyond All Pro defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons, the Titans don't have any returning production from the interior, and the Titans also need to find help on the perimeter after the departure of Denico Autry in free agency.
In addition to Joseph-Day, the Titans have signed seven players in free agency: quarterback Mason Rudolph, receiver Calvin Ridley, running back Tony Pollard, offensive linemen Lloyd Cushenberry and Saahdiq Charles, linebacker Kenneth Murray and cornerback Chidobe Awuzie.
