Packers quarterback Jordan Love wins second straight NFC Offensive Player of the Week honors
Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love just accomplished something only one other player in the NFL did this season.
He also accomplished something that hasn't been done in 27 years for any Packers player and something that not even Brett Favre or Aaron Rodgers accomplished.

Here's what to know.
Jordan Love wins NFC Player of the Week honors again
Jordan Love, in his first year as the starting quarterback, was 27 of 32 for 316 yards with two touchdown passes and a season-high 128.6 quarterback rating in the Packers' 17-9 win on Sunday. The 84.4% completion percentage was his best as a pro.
That performance came after he finished 24 for 33 with four total touchdowns (three passing and one rushing), 256 yards and a 125.3 rating against the Minnesota Vikings on the road in a huge Packers 33-10 win. That magnificent showing before a nationally-televised audience on New Year's Eve earned him his first player of the week honor of his career. It was also the first time a Packers player captured the award since Keisean Nixon won it in Week 17 of the 2022 season.
The only other player in Packers history to win the award in consecutive weeks was Don Beebe (special teams and offense in 1996). And the only other player in the NFL to get the honor this season in consecutive weeks in either conference was Cleveland punter Dustin Hopkins back in weeks 6-7.

Jordan Love 2023 stats
During the regular season, Love completed 64.2% of his passes for 4,159 yards, 32 touchdown passes, 11 interceptions and a 96.1 quarterback rating.
His 32 touchdown passes are second most in the NFL, trailing only Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott, and his 36 total touchdowns.
Love enters his first playoff game as the starter without throwing an interception in his last 132 passes.
Through the first nine games, with the Packers 3-6, protecting the ball was an issue as was Love's accuracy. He had a 14:10 touchdown to interception ratio and six games with a competition percentage of less than 60%.
In the last eight games, when the Packers went 6-2, Love completed 70.3% of his passes and doesn't have a game below 60%. And he has 18 touchdowns to just one interception during this stretch.
