OU softball rolls past McNeese State in Cowgirl Challenge, extends NCAA-record win streak
Kelly Maxwell allowed one run in five innings and the top-ranked OU softball team rolled past McNeese State 8-1 Friday night in Lake Charles, La.
The Sooners (6-0) extended their NCAA-record winning streak to 59 games.
Alyssa Brito went 3-for-4 with a two-run home run, while Rylie Boone went 2-for-3 with two RBI for OU.
The Sooners rolled to a 9-0 win against Central Arkansas earlier Friday afternoon in the Cowgirl Classic.
