OU softball legend Lauren Chamberlain named general manager of Crimson & Cream Collective
The Crimson & Cream Collective announced former OU softball star Lauren Chamberlain as its general manager on Friday.
The Crimson & Cream Collective raises money to help facilitate NIL opportunities for OU’s student-athletes. It supports over 500 student-athletes across all 21 of the university’s sports programs.

Who is Lauren Chamberlain?
Chamberlain played for OU from 2012-15. The former first baseman earned three All-Big 12 first team selections and helped the Sooners win the 2013 Women’s College World Series.
Chamberlain ranks second in program history in career home runs (95) and third in career RBIs (254). She retired from softball in 2018 following a three-year stint with the USSSA Pride, which played in National Pro Fastpitch at the time.
Chamberlain then spent two years as the commissioner of Women's Professional Fastpitch. She resigned this past August.
