Oklahoma Christian School basketball star Luke Gray commits to Oral Roberts' 2024 class

One of the state's top basketball players in the 2024 class has decided to stay inside Oklahoma for his college career.

Luke Gray, who led Oklahoma Christian School to the Class 3A state title earlier this month, announced his commitment to Oral Roberts on Saturday night.

The 6-foot-7 Gray was named the Class 3A state tournament most valuable player after averaging 22.3 points and 17 rebounds over three games.

He joined to 2,000-point club in the Saints' 55-50 win against Millwood in the finals, a feat that no player in school history — including Blake Griffin — had pulled off.

Gray is a three-star recruit, according to 247Sports, and held Division-I offers in both basketball and football as he was also a standout tight end at OCS.

Gray averaged 21.8 points and 11.4 rebounds per game during his senior season. His career averages were 18.2 points and 9.4 rebounds per game.
