Aaron Wiggins, OKC Thunder agree to new 5-year contract in NBA free agency, per report

The Oklahoma City Thunder and guard Aaron Wiggins have agreed to a five-year, $47-million contact, according to a report from The Athletic's Shams Charania on Monday.

The Thunder reportedly declined Wiggins' option ($2 million) over the weekend to work on a new contract.

Wiggins averaged 6.9 points and 2.4 rebounds in 15.7 minutes last season, shooting a career-best 41.6% on 3-pointers.

The Thunder selected Wiggins in the second round of the 2021 NBA Draft.

The Thunder also reportedly agreed to terms with guard Isaiah Joe and free agent center Isaiah Hartenstein on Monday.
