Odell Beckham Jr. to open Miami Dolphins camp on unable to perform list

The Miami Dolphins placed receiver Odell Beckham Jr. on the physically unable to perform list as training camp practices are set to begin Wednesday. They also made a series of other roster moves, including placing starting linebacker David Long on the PUP list.

Beckham, 31, is said to have minor injuries, so the Dolphins plan to ease him into action this summer, according to NFL Network.

Beckham was signed to be the team's No. 3 receiver behind Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle, who both have expressed how much they're looking forward to a three-pronged receiving attack in 2024.

Beckham appeared in 14 games for Baltimore last season. The previous year, he played six games for Cleveland and eight for the Rams.

The Dolphins announced they have signed receiver Kyric McGowan and linebacker Emmanuel Ogbah. They also placed receiver Tahj Washington on the reserve/injured list and activated running back Salvon Ahmed and safety Mark Perry off the non-football injury list.

McGowan appeared in two career games with Washington, where he spent the 2022 season and training camp in 2023.
