Newly acquired WR Mike Williams' TD seals Steelers' Week 10 victory
Attention Steelers fans, Mike Williams has officially arrived. The 6'5" athletic specimen that is Williams proved the Steelers' front office and General Manager Omar Khan’s decision to acquire him was a great one.
Fans were curious about Williams' potential involvement in his Steelers debut in Week 10, and it seemed he was being used sparingly—right up until the game-deciding touchdown pass from Russell Wilson to Williams.
The Wilson-Williams connection established a 28-27 lead over the Commanders, advancing the Steelers' impressive record to seven wins and two losses on the season.
While Baltimore is just one game behind Pittsburgh in the divisional race, the Ravens’ front office could take a cue from the Steelers in trading for a wide receiver, as their recent acquisition of Diontae Johnson hasn't panned out nearly as well as Williams has for Pittsburgh.
The Steelers will look to keep their momentum rolling into Week 11, as they host the Ravens on November 17 at 1:00 PM EST.
