Nate Frazier injury update: Georgia football RB injures shoulder in game vs. Tennessee Tech
Georgia football freshman running back Nate Frazier was injured after a 7-yard run in the third quarter of Saturday’s game against Tennessee Tech.
Frazier got up and hurried off the field with 1:07 to go with a right shoulder injury.
Georgia led 45-0 at the time of the injury.

Frazier never went in the injury tent. He was on the field between the third and fourth quarter when the offense huddled but didn’t go back in the game.

Trevor Etienne and Branson Robinson are Georgia’s top two running backs with Frazier in that top tier. Cash Jones, the former walk-on, is next on the depth chart.

The freshman from Compton, Calif. led Georgia with 84 rushing yards and a touchdown in the Clemson win last week when Etienne was suspended. He had 28 rushing yards on six carries Saturday with a long of 9.

"He could have come back and we ended up holding him (out). I'm not even sure, it was a shoulder. I don't know what signficance. They came over to me and said are you ready to go back in and at that point we were moving on."
