Conley has not played in the entire series due to the issue. He's battled the injury since February, but re-aggravated it in Game 5 against the Memphis Grizzlies.
Conley told reporters on Wednesday that he suffered a "small setback" in his recovery.
Mike Conley: "Initially I thought it was more mild, and I was pushing really hard to play earlier in the series. I had a small setback. The progress I'm making now is really good, it's just a little delayed."

Mike Conley: "With the way things have been progressing, ad as tight as this series is, I think [a return this series] is possible. I've played through a lot of things in my career and I'd do it again. … But there's a balance of doing what's right for our team."

Conley excelled with the Jazz this season. He averaged 16.2 points and 6 assists per game, making the All-Star team for the first time in his career.
Prior to the injury, Conley was out to a hot start in the postseason. In his first four games against the Grizzlies, Conley averaged 20 points and 10.3 assists.
Clippers will be without Kawhi Leonard for Game 5
Conley's news comes shortly after it was revealed the Clippers would be without Kawhi Leonard in Game 5 due to a knee injury. The severity of Leonard's injury is unknown, though the team fears Leonard may have an ACL issue.
With Leonard out, the Game 5 odds have shifted heavily in the Jazz's favor. Even without Conley, oddsmakers at BetMGM like the Jazz's chances against a Clippers team with Leonard.
