Tyreek Hill receives a 99 Madden 25 player rating, making Miami Dolphins history
Madden 25 is almost here, and the Miami Dolphins feature the highest ranked player in the game. So far.
EA Sports and ESPN teamed up to release the rankings for the 2024 video game throughout the week, culminating with an hourlong special Saturday afternoon, August 3. On Monday, EA Sports released the rankings for wide receivers and safeties Monday, and Dolphins star Tyreek Hill made history by becoming the first Miami player to ever be rated 99.
In his second season with the Dolphins, Hill caught 119 passes in 16 games in 2023 for a league-leading 1,799 yards and 13 touchdowns, which tied for tops in the NFL.
Hill was the highest rated Dolphin in last year's Madden 24 with a 98 overall rating, according to a database compiled by a Reddit user.

Safety Jevon Holland received an 88 rating in Madden 25, making him the No. 6 ranked free safety in the game.

Madden 25 release date: When does Madden 25 come out?
The Madden 25 worldwide release is Friday, August 16. Those who preorder the Deluxe Edition or who ordered the MVP Bundle will have access Tuesday, August 13.
Will Madden 25 be on PS4 or Xbox One?
Madden 25 will be available on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC. All features of Madden 25 will be available on only the PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC.
Madden 25 price: How much is Madden 25?
The standard edition of Madden 25 will cost $69.99. The Deluxe Edition, which includes early access and other perks, costs $99.99. The MVP Bundle, which includes the Deluxe Edition of College Football 25, costs $149.99.
