Memphis Grizzlies' Desmond Bane ruled out for remainder of game vs Nets with oblique injury
Another Memphis Grizzlies starter has been ruled out for the remainder of Wednesday's game versus the Brooklyn Nets.
Desmond Bane, who left early in the third quarter, will not return due to an oblique injury.
Bane is back on the Grizzlies bench and watching with the rest of his teammates; not having the sharpshooting guard is a major loss. Bane had 10 points and six rebounds in 17 minutes.
He joins Marcus Smart as Grizzlies starters ruled out during Wednesday's game at FedExForum. Smart left the game in the first quarter due to a right ankle injury.
The Grizzlies are back in action Thursday night at home against the Milwaukee Bucks.
