How many first-round picks could Ohio State have in 2024 NFL draft?

With the 2023 season complete, Ohio State has another streak on the line come April.

For the past two NFL drafts, Ohio State has had at least two players selected in the first round after wide receivers Garrett Wilson and Chris Olave were picked in 2022 and quarterback C.J. Stroud, offensive tackle Paris Johnson Jr. and wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba were picked in 2023.

According to CBS Sports' latest 2024 mock draft, that streak could continue.

CBS Sports has three Ohio State players selected in the first round of the 2024 NFL draft: wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. at No. 2 overall to the Chicago Bears, wide receiver Emeka Egbuka at No. 18 to the Arizona Cardinals and defensive end J.T. Tuimoloau at No. 19 to the Atlanta Falcons.

Ohio State receivers Marvin Harrison Jr. (18) and Emeka Egbuka (2) are projected to be picked in the first round of the NFL draft.

At the mock draft's release Tuesday, Harrison, Egbuka and Tumoloau have not made their 2024 plans known as to if they would enter the NFL draft or remain at Ohio State another season.

Harrison did not play in Ohio State's 14-3 Cotton Bowl loss to Missouri after not participating in bowl practices leading up to the game.

Ohio State linebacker Steele Chambers announced Tuesday he would enter the 2024 NFL draft with one season of eligibility remaining. Ohio State cornerback Denzel Burke announced Dec. 26 he would announce his future plans Jan. 10.

If Harrison is selected where he's projected, he would be the fourth Ohio State player since 2022 to be a top-10 draft pick, joining Wilson, Stroud and Johnson.
