LSU basketball picks up commitment from transfer guard Cam Carter from Kansas State
LSU basketball picked up its first transfer of the 2024 offseason on Friday as former Kansas State guard Cam Carter committed to the Tigers.
Carter, a native of Donaldsonville, originally committed to Mississippi State out of high school. He transferred and played two seasons at Kansas State, starting all 70 games he played for the Wildcats. He averaged 14.6 points per game this season while helping lead K-State to a berth in the NIT.
LSU has yet to lose any players to the transfer portal this offseason, but could lose as many as six scholarship players to graduation this year.
