Texas softball, off to a 19-1 start this season, has climbed into the No. 1 spot in both the USA Softball/ESPN and D1Softball national Top 25 polls.

The Longhorns are still No. 2 behind rival Oklahoma in the National Fastpitch Coaches Association rankings, which is notable because that NFCA poll is the one primarily recognized by the Texas softball program. Texas last was ranked No. 1 by the NFCA on April 5, 2006.

Football (AP): 2008

Men's basketball (AP): 2010

Volleyball (AVCA): 2023

Baseball (D1Baseball): 2022
