Illinois Fighting Illini football rankings in College Football 25: Full list of player ratings
Fans of the Illinois football team can play as the Fighting Illini with the release this week of the popular console video game College Football 25.
The last time EA Sports released a college football video game was 2013 with NCAA Football 14. Back then, gamers couldn't play as Nathan Scheelhaase: Instead, QB #2 was under center for the Illini.
Now with NIL rules in place, player names and likenesses are in the game for the first time, meaning Illinois fans can take the digital field with Luke Altmyer, J.C. Davis and the rest of the Fighting Illini — including El Paso-Gridley grad Declan Duley and Spring Valley Hall's Mac Resetich.
