Georgia reveals jerseys for the Clemson game

The Georgia Bulldogs will wear red jerseys and silver britches in the Bulldogs' season opener against the Clemson Tigers. Clemson will wear white jerseys and white pants against Georgia.

Georgia and Clemson have not played since the 2021 season opener when the Bulldogs topped Clemson 10-3 in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Georgia plays against Clemson on Aug. 31 at noon ET. The Georgia-Clemson game will be played at a neutral site (Mercedes-Benz Stadium) in Atlanta, Georgia. The game will be televised on ABC.

Clemson is coming off a 9-4 season. The Tigers did end 2023 with a five game winning streak. Clemson is looking to get more consistent play out of quarterback Cade Klubnik. Klubnik is coming off a decent sophomore season where he threw for 2,844 passing yards, 19 touchdowns and eight interceptions.

The Tigers face a massive challenge against Georgia. The Bulldogs are the preseason No. 1 team in the country. Georgia returns starting quarterback Carson Beck, who is projected to be a first round pick in the 2025 NFL draft.

Georgia football equipment teased the jerseys the Dawgs will wear in the season opener.
