Georgia 2025 NFL Draft prospects: An early look at where Carson Beck may land
The NFL Draft has turned into a platform for Georgia football to show its ability to help develop players and send them on to play on Sundays. The Bulldogs had eight players go in the NFL Draft this year, second in the SEC behind Alabama's 10.
The 2025 draft will be no exception with the next crop of Bulldogs again full of top prospects. This coming season will be a chance for players to enhance their stock (or in some cases perhaps see it dip some).
Here's a look at what's on deck for Georgia with the next draft still a year away.
Georgia 2025 NFL Draft prospects
Georgia looks like its 2025 NFL Draft class could match the latest few years in NFL combine invitees and early round draft picks.
The group includes quarterback Carson Beck, defensive lineman/outside linebacker Mykel Williams and safety Malaki Stars. Offensive linemen Earnest Greene, Tate Ratledge and Dylan Fairchild, tight ends Oscar Delp and Benjamin Yurosek, inside linebacker Smael Mondon, defensive lineman Nazir Stackhouse, running back Trevor Etienne, cornerback Daylen Everette and wide receivers Dominic Lovett and Dillon Bell are among other draft-eligible prospects to watch.
Carson Beck, QB, redshirt senior
It would have been interesting to see if Beck would have gone in the first round of a quarterback heavy top of the draft this year. He enters the 2024 season as one of the top prospects at the position and perhaps a top 10 pick.
Malaki Starks, S, junior
Starks has a chance to be a three-time All-American. He's been a starter since his first game and has five interceptions despite battling a shoulder injury at the end of his 2023 season.
Mykel Williams, DE/OLB, junior
Williams seems poised for a big junior season. He was impactful in the spring game in which he batted down a pass that he picked off and is gearing up to play more as a standup pass rusher for the Bulldogs' defense.
Earnest Greene, OT, redshirt junior
Will Georgia have a first-round offensive tackle for a third straight year after Broderick Jones and Amarius Mims? The 6-foot-4, 320-pound Greene is entering his third season as Georgia's starting left tackle.
Oscar Delp, TE, junior
Georgia tight ends coach Todd Hartley has had one of his players selected in six straight drafts with first-rounder Brock Bowers the latest. Delp could keep that going if he turns pro. He joined Williams in attending the NFL combine as part of of a program for rising draft-eligible players.
