Four-star LB Logan Anderson commits to Clemson football, Dabo Swinney over Georgia
CLEMSON — Clemson football added its first linebacker in the 2025 class with the commitment of four-star recruit Logan Anderson on Friday.
The 6-foot-2, 218-pounder from Fyffe High School in Alabama is rated as the No. 19 player in the state and the No. 40 linebacker nationally by the 247Sports Composite.
Anderson is the 15th player to commit to coach Dabo Swinney's 2025 class, which is ranked No. 10 nationally. After a trend of recruiting woes, Clemson has landed two four-star recruits in the past week. The Tiger class has 11 four-star recruits and four three-stars.
The linebacker chose Clemson over Georgia, Auburn and Arkansas and announced his commitment via X, formerly known as Twitter, Friday. He worked out at the Dabo Swinney Football Camp at Clemson last month.
Anderson is the first recruit from Alabama in the 2025 class to commit to the Tigers. He joins six other defensive players who committed to the Tigers, including four-stars Amare Adams, Isaiah Campbell and Ari Watford.
