Former Georgia Bulldog Tramel Walthour was released by the Baltimore Ravens on Tuesday to bring them down to a 53-man roster. Walthour finished the preseason with two tackles and one-half sack.

Walthour wasn't the only former Georgia Bulldog to be cut Tuesday. Daijun Edwards, Lawrence Cager and Lewis Cine were also let go by their respective clubs. Walthour, similar to Edwards, was picked up as an undrafted free agent.

Walthour was a Bulldog for five years after a season in junior college. He started for the Bulldogs in five of the 13 games he played last year. He totaled 49 tackles, two-and-a-half tackles for loss and two sacks for his collegiate career. He was a crucial part of both the 2021 and 2022 national championship squads.

When Walthour came to UGA in 2018, he was the No. 54 defensive tackle prospect nationally and the No. 67 prospect in Georgia, according to 247Sports. He was a three-star prospect with an 86 rating.
