In each of the past two basketball seasons, Arthur Kaluma has visited Moody Center with a different team. This winter, however, Kaluma will serve as a host at the University of Texas' arena.

Texas announced Friday that it had officially signed Kaluma. The 6-foot-7 forward played at Kansas State during the 2023-24 season. He also spent two years at Creighton.

During his lone season with the Wildcats, Kaluma scored 14.4 points per game and averaged a team-high 7.0 rebounds. Over three years at Kansas State and Creighton, Kaluma has made 99 starts and tallied 1,233 points.

In three games against Texas, Kaluma totaled 44 points.

Kaluma is the sixth transfer Texas has added to its roster this offseason. Malik Presley (Vanderbilt), Jordan Pope (Oregon State), Tramon Mark (Arkansas), Julian Larry (Indiana State) and Jayson Kent (Indiana State) have also joined the Longhorns.
