The Atlanta Falcons are six-point underdogs entering their Week 2 showdown against the Philadelphia Eagles, but a major injury development could impact the game. Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown missed Saturday's practice with a hamstring injury and was listed as questionable on the team's final injury report.

On Sunday morning, the team officially ruled Brown out for Monday's prime-time matchup against the Falcons. In Week 1, Brown led the Eagles with 119 receiving yards and a touchdown on five receptions (23.8 yards per catch).

The Eagles will be forced to rely on former first-round pick DeVonta Smith with Brown out for Week 2. Smith finished second on the team in receiving yards (84) in Week 1 and has gone over 1,000 yards in back-to-back seasons.

The Falcons also must be ready for running back Saquon Barkley, who rushed for 109 yards and added three total touchdowns in his Eagles debut. Barkley was awarded NFC Offensive Player of the Week for his dominant performance against the Green Bay Packers.
