With two solid starts under his belt, Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Justin Fields is now in the driver's seat to keep the starting job, even when Russell Wilson is fully healthy. We saw this happen last season and head coach Mike Tomlin chose to ride the hot hand of Mason Rudolph.

The guys on ESPN's Get Up talked about the situation and they agreed that Fields should remain the starting quarterback when Wilson comes back. But then when host Mike Greenberg asked former NFL head coach Rex Ryan about the possibility of trading Wilson to a quarterback-needy team, things got a little wild.

I absolutely understand the logic behind Ryan saying he'd ask for a first-round pick if a team came calling for Wilson. They need Wilson more than the Steelers need to trade him and they understand his value on the market right now. Is a team could to offer Pittsburgh a first-round pick for Wilson? Doubtful but we love Ryan's line of thinking here.
