Kraken goalies Joey Daccord and Philipp Grubauer have been named as the team coaches for Saturday's Kraken Super Skills Showcase at Climate Pledge Arena at 1:30 PM PST.

The netminders have already started the friendly banter on social media.

Rosters for both teams have been announced ahead of the showcase.

Team Daccord Roster: Brandon Montour, Jordan Eberle, Chandler Stephenson, Jaden Schwartz, Oliver Bjorkstrand, Brandon Tanev, and Jamie Oleksiak, Eeli Tolvanen and Tye Kartye.

Team Grubauer Roster: Jared McCann, Matty Beniers, Shane Wright, Andre Burakovsky, Ryker Evans, Yanni Gourde, Adam Larsson, Will Borgen and Josh Mahura.

Fans can look forward to watching their favorite Kraken player competing in the following categories to earn points. The team with the most points at the end of the last skills event is the winner of the showcase. Here are the skills:

3 on 3 - Three players from each team will compete in a short hockey game with the winning team will receive 10 points. If the game ends in a tie then 5 points is given to each team.

Breakaway Challenge - Each Player will have two attempts to net a goal.

Accuracy Shooting - Players will shoot a puck as hard as they can into the net while a radar gun captures the rate of speed, accuracy and hardness of the shot.

Relay Race - Players will skate a lap around the ice working their way through obstacles before tagging the next skater to have a turn. Fastest team to complete the relay wins.

Kraken Hockey Network broadcasters John Forslund, JT Brown, Piper Shaw and Alison Lukan will serve as hosts for the event; reporting from the benches and on the ice.

Tickets are as low as $15 with proceeds benefitting youth programs at the Kraken Community Iceplex.
