Dabo Swinney's Clemson football Week 2 depth chart unchanged after blowout loss to Georgia
CLEMSON — Clemson football released its Week 2 depth chart Monday, and it is the same as last week's.
Despite the Tigers' 34-3 loss to No. 1 Georgia on Saturday, Clemson coach Dabo Swinney kept his initial lineup from Week 1 ahead of the Tigers (0-1) facing Appalachian State (1-0) on Saturday (8 p.m. ET, ACC) at Memorial Stadium.
Swinney said he saw a lot of positives from Clemson against the Bulldogs, including how it matched up and how few penalties it committed. Still, the 31-point loss overshadowed those with the team missing key tackles and opportunities against the No. 1 team in the country.
