Cleveland Guardians vs. Chicago Cubs recap; Jhonkensy Noel home run lifts Guards to win

CLEVELAND — After a seven-game losing streak brought the Minnesota Twins to within a few games of the American League Central lead, the Guardians have rebounded to win three in a row heading into Tuesday's game against the Chicago Cubs at Progressive Field.

Matthew Boyd, fresh off of rehab from Tommy John surgery, will make his Guardians debut Tuesday night. Before the game, manager Stephen Vogt said tonight was all about Boyd, what he's been through and his family as he makes his return to the mound after a lengthy road back to the majors.
