Chiefs hiring hundreds of stadium workers as 2024 season approaches
KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Chiefs’ home opener against the Baltimore Ravens is on September 5 and the team is looking to hire hundreds of new team members as the new season approaches.
“The Chiefs are so great, it’s always fun to be around a winning team. Just the atmosphere, the fans, the staff,” Allied Universal Branch Manager Bruce Schulze said.
“They’re the ones that help us make it the winning team.”
Schulze with Allied Universal, the hiring company that the Chiefs use, are hiring for several positions throughout the stadium from patrolling the parking lots, VIP escorts, and security on the field and in the locker room, to special events like training camp.

“Primarily, we’re working at construction sites, we’re working other events. Next week, there’s a little movie shoot that’s going to occur that we’re working on. So, we’ve got plenty of things to do,” Schulze said.
Seasonal or year-round positions are trained and require no experience. They start at 16 dollars an hour and have the potential for promotion.
“We want people who are excited to be around people ’cause we are a people business,” Schulze said. “The atmosphere is just bar none. It is a job, and we have duties to perform, but you’re in the environment and it’s just a lot of fun.”
