Check out Falcons' owner Arthur Blank's new $180 million, 295-foot yacht
The NFL remains a copycat league.
Even when it comes to obscenely expensive vanity purchases.
Arthur Blank is latest NFL owner to get superyacht
Atlanta Falcons owner Arthur Blank is the latest NFL owner to purchase a custom superyacht. Via SuperYachtFan.com, Blank’s boat is 295 feet long and cost $180 million.
It’s called the DreAMBoat … with the AMB emphasized because those are Blank’s initials.
The vessel was built in the Netherlands, and Blank was reportedly very involved in its design. The ship has 11 guest cabins plus room for 33 crew members as well as a swimming pool.

Blank follows Jones, Snyder
This is the third time in recent weeks it’s been reported that an NFL owner has bought himself a shiny new floating toy.
Washington owner Daniel Snyder paid $100 million for his superyacht, the Lady S. The ship, which is 305 feet long, features the world’s first floating, private IMAX theater.
Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones, whose AT&T Stadium shows his flair for the extravagant, not surprisingly spent even more on his yacht: a reported $250 million, or over $100 million more than Jones spent to buy the Cowboys 30 years ago. It’s also bigger than Blank and Snyder’s yachts, at 360 feet.
And the cost of the yacht doesn’t end once its construction is completed: a 2015 Forbes article estimates annual expenses at roughly 10 percent of the initial cost. So in Blank’s case, that’s about $18 million per year.
