Louisiana football will make its first road trip of the 2024 college football season this weekend traveling to Kennesaw State for Week 2.

Fresh off a 40-10 victory over Grambling State, the Ragin’ Cajuns are looking to go 2-0 to start the season for the second time in three years and fifth since 2000. This will mark their first meeting with the Owls who are new to the FBS world apart of Conference USA.

With an explosive offensive outing against Grambling, UL will be heading to Georgia to spoil the Owls' first home game as an FBS member. Keys to doing so will fall on the offensive prowess of senior quarterback Ben Wooldridge, who threw for more than 300 yards and three touchdowns last week to get the Ragin’ Cajuns their first win of the year.

Kennesaw State, on the other hand, needs a bounce back after dropping its first contest 28-16 to UTSA. The Owls will want to sneak away with their first victory in the young season.
