The Bulldogs go up against Ohio State at Value City Arena, marking the first game for Georgia in a Big Ten opponent’s home venue since a 68-49 loss at Wisconsin on Nov. 24, 2007.
Georgia (19-16) is 5-6 on the road this year after knocking off Wake Forest in Winston-Salem 72-66 Sunday afternoon.
“Let’s go do the same thing to Ohio State,” coach Mike White said on Georgia’s postgame radio show. “We’re going to be up in Columbus anyway, might as well compete.”

Georgia has outscored its two NIT opponents 85-58 in the first half and held on to notch the back-to-back wins.
Ohio State (22-13) beat Virginia Tech 81-73 Saturday night, going 29 of 32 from the free throw line including 17 of 18 from Jamison Battle.
Bruce Thornton, son of former Georgia cornerback Bruce Thornton Sr., is the top scorer for the Buckeyes (22-13) at 15.8 points per game and first in the Big Ten in assist/turnover ratio at 3.85. Thornton sustained a thigh injury against Virginia Tech but is expected to play.
