Caitlin Clark claimed the WNBA's rookie record for 3-pointers in a season with this great basket
Indiana Fever rookie guard Caitlin Clark was only a single 3-pointer away from breaking the WNBA rookie record for treys made in a single season.
Of course, she took full advantage of her sharp shooting from beyond the arc on Wednesday night at home to claim the record against the formidable Connecticut Sun.
With some distance for the attempt, Clark drained her first 3-pointer of the game to pass Atlanta Dream superstar Rhyne Howard for the record with 86 treys.
This was a really nice look for the basket to make some history, as Clark has done aplenty in her first WNBA season.
