Bills host Julian Blackmon on free-agent visit
The Buffalo Bills are looking into at least one potential safety via free agency: Julian Blackmon.
According to Bleacher Report’s Jordan Schultz, Blackmon will soon take a trip to Buffalo:

Blackmon, 25, was a third-round pick of the Indianapolis Colts in 2020 and is a free agent following his rookie contract coming to an end.
With the recent departure of Jordan Poyer at safety and possible loss of Micah Hyde who is considering retirement, Buffalo could look at Blackmon as a potential long-term solution given his age.
Blackmon’s skill set could see him take of Hyde’s spot as he has experience playing as safety, in the slot, and as a box defender much like Hyde did. In addition, Taylor Rapp recently signed a three-year extension with the Bills and could take over Poyer’s old position.
Last season, Blackmon set a career-high with four interceptions and eight passes defended. Pro Football Focus graded Blackmon a solid 68.3 overall mark in their safety grades from 2023 as well.
Bills Wire will continue to provide free agency updates throughout the 2024 offseason.
