Alabama football, Kalen DeBoer land five-star cornerback in 2025 recruiting class

Alabama football landed a commitment in five-star class of 2025 cornerback Dijon Lee on Friday.

The 6-foot-4, 190-pound prospect out of Mission Viejo, California, is the 20th commitment in coach Kalen DeBoer and the Crimson Tide's 2025 class, and the 10th commitment Alabama has picked up this month. Prior to Lee's commitment, Alabama's 2025 class ranked second in the nation per the 247Sports Composite. Lee is the second cornerback in the class, joining four-star Chuck McDonald (Santa Ana, California), who committed June 8.

The 247Sports Composite has Lee listed as the top-ranked prospect in California, the fourth-ranked cornerback in the 2025 cycle and No. 22 overall recruit.

During his junior year at Mission Viejo High School, Lee tallied 55 tackles, three of them for loss, along with two interceptions and one sack.

Lee picked Alabama out of 22 total offers, including Georgia, Washington, USC, Texas and Texas A&M. He took his official visit to the Capstone over the weekend of June 21. Maurice Linguist is listed as his primary recruiter.
