Southeastern Conference football media days took place Monday-Thursday at Omni Dallas Hotel in Dallas, Texas.

Fourth-year head coach Josh Heupel, along with offensive lineman Cooper Mays, linebacker Keenan Pili and defensive lineman Omari Thomas, represented the Vols at media days on Tuesday.

Following the conclusion of SEC media days, a projected order of finish for league teams in 2024 were voted on by media members. 2024 SEC football predicted order of finish is listed below.
