Changing your official NFL jersey number is one thing. That is obviously superfluous and almost completely an aesthetic choice. But changing teams, either through trade or in free agency?
Hoo buddy, now we're talking about some real news, some actual movers and shakers.
As the 2024 NFL season begins this weekend, you might find yourself staring at your TV in confusion now and again. Why? Because one of the more familiar players in the league, to you, is now wearing a different uniform and playing for a different team in a different city. Don't worry. You're not alone. Given that the meat of the NFL offseason happens in February, March, and April, it's a lot to take in and remember.

The tone is certainly different as this hot stove season commences considering L.A.'s campaign ended on the ultimate high note, but that’s not to say the Dodgers won’t be busy.
C.J. Gardner-Johnson made it clear the NFC East runs through Philly, which looks like the case this season even if it hasn't always been the case in the recent past.
The Dodgers have been interested in Adames and even with Mookie Betts moving back to the infield, Adames would make sense in L.A. Other teams that could make a run at him include the Giants and Braves.
