Swensen’s Unlimited set to open in VivoCity with unlimited Ice Cream and delicacies

Swensen’s Unlimited is planning to create a new site in VivoCity, making it more convenient for fans who find the Changi Airport Terminal 2 store too far away.

The extension will provide a dining experience similar to the original branch, which is well-known for its international buffet concept. This comprises live stations offering delicacies including pasta, pizza, and laksa, Peranakan-inspired fare, and a rotation of Swensen’s hallmark dishes such as baked rice.

Swensen’s Unlimited stands out for its range of 48 ice cream flavours, which includes classic as well as innovative alternatives. There are also a variety of toppings available. Diners have the option to have their ice cream served with freshly prepared waffles or croffles, making it a dessert lover’s dream.

The restaurant also has a seafood station with a selection of fresh shellfish and a carving station with meats such as roast striploin and lamb.

If the pricing will be similar to the one in Changi Airport, then we would be looking at about S$35 for adults S$15 for kids during lunch and S$38 for adults and S$25 for kids during dinner.

While no official opening date has been revealed, the restaurant will be located on the second floor of VivoCity, formerly Earle Swensen’s. This expansion is expected to attract both new customers and long-time Swensen’s enthusiasts by providing a buffet experience that combines nostalgia with variety.

For those who want to indulge in Swensen’s legendary ice cream and hearty buffet options without having to drive to the airport, the VivoCity location will be a welcome addition to Singapore’s lively eating scene.
