Huang Zitao wants to invite fans to his wedding
6 Nov - Always one to cater to his fans, Huang Zitao recently revealed that he plans to reserve banquet tables for his fans at his upcoming wedding to girlfriend Xu Yiyang.
The singer shared as much on 3 November during a Weibo live with his fans, saying that the two of them are going to tie the knot sometime next year and that the fans are invited.
Tao said that when he was young, he promised to host a banquet for his fans at his wedding.
"I said that when I get married, I will also prepare two tables and let my fans sit at the tables and eat with us to share our happiness," he said, adding that he will randomly select fans for the invitation.
"I had thought about preparing one table for both our fans and another one for [Xu's] fans. But we decided against that. Three tables should be enough," he added.
It was back in August that Tao proposed to Xu, whom he had dated for many years in secret.
